Questions buyers ask, with your answer. Claude treats each answer as a rule and rewords it to fit the conversation, in the buyer's language. Answers to the gaps above land here. Scope an answer to one listing when it only applies to that item.

How you write to buyers, learned from your own past messages. Claude copies the manner, never the facts in these examples.
How you edit Claude's replies
When you change a draft before sending, the pair is kept and shown to Claude so later drafts sound like you. Delete any you don't want copied.
Photos
Every photo Claude can send, across all listings.
Documents
Upload text, Markdown, CSV, JSON or PDF (PDFs are transcribed by Claude once, then stored as text). Toggle a document off to keep it without using it.
Background context, policies, logistics
Nothing on this page is ever shown to buyers. Claude uses it to answer them. The only text that becomes public is a listing's Description, because that gets pushed to Facebook.

Per-listing price, condition, description and private notes belong on the page. Use this only for things that aren't about a single item.
Listings
What you're selling, with the details Claude needs to answer buyers: price, condition, description, and your private notes (lowest price, flaws, what's included).

Paste rows copied from a spreadsheet (tab-separated) or CSV text. The first row should be headers such as title, price, status, condition, description, notes. Only title is required.
Rows with a title that already exists update that listing.
No listings yet. They're brought in from Facebook every time you scan your inbox, or press Update from Facebook above. You can also upload a CSV or add one by hand.
Changes save automatically.
Activity
Everything the assistant did, newest first: messages it sent, messages you approved, and changes it made to your listings. Replies you typed straight into Facebook are not here, because the extension never sees them.
