Terms of Service
Last updated 14 September 2026
These terms cover your use of the Marketplace Inbox Assistant extension, website and server (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
The service reads your Facebook Marketplace conversations in your own browser, suggests or sends replies based on information you provide, and helps you manage listings. It is not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Meta or Facebook.
Your Facebook account
You use the service on your own Facebook account and at your own risk. Facebook's terms restrict automated use of its site, and Facebook may limit, restrict or suspend accounts it believes are automated. We work to keep the service's activity modest and human-paced, but we can't control Facebook's decisions and are not responsible for actions Facebook takes on your account.
Your responsibility for messages
You are responsible for the messages sent from your account, including any sent automatically after you turn that on, and for the accuracy of your listings, prices and knowledge base. Replies are generated by AI and can be wrong; review them, especially anything about price, condition or safety.
Plans, billing and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for; there are no partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires them.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
- Each plan includes a monthly number of conversations and a fair-use limit on overall usage. When you reach a limit, reading new conversations pauses until the next month or until you upgrade.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to send spam, to scam or harass anyone, to sell prohibited items, to break Facebook's commerce policies or the law, or to try to get around plan limits or access other accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
The service depends on Facebook's pages, Anthropic, Google and Stripe, any of which can change or be unavailable. We'll fix problems as quickly as we reasonably can, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or actions taken by Facebook.
Ending
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service for you if you break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll give notice before it applies. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
